The Jays had a day of rest Monday prior to facing the Baltimore Oriol
es tuesday evening, it was obvious that the day of rest helped the Jays pull off a well needed win. With this win it will enable the Jays to hopefully stay off the losing streak they have been on while helping them improve their record to 33-34. The game on Tuesday was a close game, 6-5 in 11 innings of ball. The Jays won the game with Adam Linds walk off home run. With Linds walk off home run it made it his 12 of the season. With game 2 of the 3 game series happening tonight at Rogers Center. Hopefully Jose will come out and hit a couple of bombs to ensure that the Jays win again and enable them to climb out of the basement of their division. It's difficult for the whole country to see the Jays games due to the MLB blackout rules

The Toronto Blue Jays blackout territory includes all of Canada. However, they must share British Columbia and Alberta with the Seattle Mariners, and Saskatchewan and Manitoba with the Minnesota Twins. In the past, the province of Quebec was not included in Toronto's territory, as it belonged to the Montreal Expos exclusively. Toronto and Montreal shared all territory outside of Ontario and Quebec. Also, Blue Jays games were sometimes subject to blackout in areas near Detroit. this making if there was another MLB team in Canada it would affect all of the other teams that broadcast in that surrounding area
