
The Roger Center is where the Toronto Blue Jays play out of. The Roger Center was originally called the Sky Dome before it had it's name switched in 2005, this building was built in 1989. The cost of the building at that time was 570 million dollars which was considered to be alot of money back then but is now considered to be average. For an example,there have been two new
stadiums that were opened for the 2010 baseball seaso, the New Yankee Stadium is home of the New York Yankees and Target Field being home for the Minnesota Twins. Yankee Stad
ium cost the team/owners 1.5 billion dollars to construct while the Twins stadiumcost 545 million dollars to build. The Rogers Center can hold up to 52,000 people and it's an indoor stadium where the roof can be opened and close due to the weather. The Jays also share the Staduim with a Toronto CFL team,the Toronto Argonauts.
